The food, service and ambience are wonderful and pleasant. The portions could perhaps be a tad bigger (o; Otherwise nothing to complain about. The old walls have been nicely spiced up. You feel good here. The hygiene rules are also strictly observed!

Comfortably furnished guest house with friendly wait staff and a home-style Franconian menu. The food is good with little room for improvement. The prices are reasonable, I'll be back.

Very tasty German cuisine, creatively implemented with high-quality ingredients. Outside is self-service and the menu is manageable, but it tastes really good! The selection of Franconian beers is excellent!

We were guests on the open day. The live band was great. There was bratwurst and every now and then tastings. The housekeeper took a tour and showed 3 rooms. Thanks to the owner and the team for the nice evening. We will definitely be back.

Great ambience and a highly motivated team, where you feel very comfortable as a guest. And of course it is delicious;) The delicious coffee is obtained from a small roastery in Erfurt, the meat from the local butcher, great beer from the beer region Franconia ... An enrichment in Schleusingen's gastronomic life!
